Estimated Shipping and Delivery Times

Estimated shipping times are located on each product page. Please note that these are estimated shipping times and are subject to availability of product and/or manufacturer's availability. If a product you have ordered is out of stock or on backorder, we will contact you with an estimated shipment date and you can decide to keep the order as is, cancel the item or cancel the entire order. Occasionally, issues arise that may lead to additional production time, such as our manufacturers experiencing a backup in production. If this is the case you will be alerted as soon as we are made aware that a problem exists. Note: Many of our manufacturers stop production during Christmas and New Year's Eve. Orders placed during that week will not be processed until January 2.


Types of Delivery

Standard Shipping: Items that are in stock ship within 1-2 business days and will arrive in approximately 3-5 business days from the ship date.
Added Shipping for Furniture: Large items categorized as "furniture" are subject to a 12% added shipping charge calculated at checkout.
